WTEC1 Technologies operates several cloud platforms (Tourism Cloud, Church Cloud, Clinic Cloud, OrgSuite Cloud, Pharmacy Cloud, School Cloud, SmartPOS Cloud, and Wtec1 LMS). This policy explains how we collect and use data across these products.
2. Data We Collect
Each platform collects the information needed to operate it — for example, hotel and guest data on Tourism Cloud, patient records on Clinic Cloud, or student data on School Cloud and Wtec1 LMS. Organizations using our multi-tenant platforms are responsible for the data they input.
3. Data Isolation
On our multi-tenant platforms, each organization's data is isolated and never accessible to other organizations using the same platform.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share data with third parties where required by law or to process payments through our payment gateway partners.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical measures, including role-based access controls, to protect data across all our platforms.
