1. Acceptance

By registering on any WTEC1 Technologies platform, you agree to these terms. Each product (Tourism Cloud, Church Cloud, Clinic Cloud, OrgSuite Cloud, Pharmacy Cloud, School Cloud, SmartPOS Cloud, Wtec1 LMS) may have additional terms specific to its use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for any staff or user accounts created under your organization.

3. Subscriptions

Multi-tenant platforms are billed per organization/property, not per user. Upgrades are processed after invoice confirmation by our team.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to access another organization's data.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts for non-payment or violation of these terms. Deactivated accounts remain recoverable for 30 days before permanent deletion.

6. Ownership

All platforms remain the property of WTEC1 Technologies. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to any registered organization.
